Collaborating closely with our Client Basketball Brand, Creative, Sports Marketing and Geo Teams, we strive to push the boundaries of the social landscape, ensuring consumer engagement both on and off our platforms.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a lead social creative strategist to join and lead the Basketball Global Digital Marketing team. This team, comprising specialists in digital, social, and creator marketing, is responsible for developing and driving long-term consumer engagement across Client.com, the Client app, @clientbasketball, and our creator s channels.

WHAT YOU LL WORK ON
In this role, your primary focus will be on architecting, executing, and overseeing 365 Client Basketball social marketing plans across our channels and partners. You ll also support on social strategy and execution aProductst our seasonal campaigns.
- You ll obsess over how to make our brand, product, and seasonal messages resonate with our Client consumer.
- You ll lead the strategic development of branded content, services, partnerships, and experiences that will coalesce into best-in-class social marketing plans.
- You ll creatively direct and build content at the pulse of the game.
- You ll collaborate closely with teams across brand, sports marketing, geo teams, and digital partners to inspire global love and advocacy for Client Basketball.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7-9 years of relevant work experience
- 5 years of experience in social media and a creative direction / narrative background
- Demonstrated ability of developing social content for highly visible brands
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture someone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including presentation on complex business issues
- Fluency reading consumer data and crafting measurement and optimization plans
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
- Experience managing creative, media, and research agencies
- Excellent relationship building skills and knows how to influence working teams and key partners
- Detail oriented. This position requires someone who can build plans, presentations, and keep the team moving cohesively in the right direction.
