Schedule Notes: Must have Oracle experience; Scheduling in some platform; Public sector or healthcare experience preferred.

Pay Range: $70-$74/hr.
Job Overview:
Seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to implement, configure, optimize, and support Oracle HCM solutions. Responsibilities include business analysis, solution implementation, reporting and analytics, user acceptance testing, data migration, training, and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Lead and support configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM modules.
- Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle HCM data.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolutions.
- Support data migration activities while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM-related issues.
Oracle HR Helpdesk Responsibilities:
- Support the design and configuration of Oracle HR Helpdesk as part of Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
- Lead design workshops with HR Operations and HR Leadership to define service delivery models, routing logic, escalation workflows, and SLA frameworks.
- Configure service request categories, routing rules, escalation workflows, agent workspaces, and knowledge base content.
- Design employee-facing knowledge articles, FAQs, and self-service content for Oracle Cloud navigation, scheduling inquiries, payroll questions, and PeopleSoft-to-Oracle transition support.
- Develop reporting and dashboards using OTBI for case volume, SLA compliance, escalation tracking, and trend analysis.
- Coordinate testing, go-live readiness activities, and documentation efforts.
- Partner with Scheduling, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation, and Core HCM workstreams.
- Mentor Helpdesk analysts and serve as a functional escalation resource.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst with Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Experience implementing Oracle HR Helpdesk or equivalent enterprise HR service delivery platforms.
- Minimum two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM or HR service delivery implementations.
