Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 40 Hours/Week
Job Summary
We are hiring a licensed Pharmacist to support specialty and oncology infusion pharmacy operations in a clinical setting. This role involves medication verification, clinical support, and oversight of pharmacy technicians in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify medication orders using Epic
- Perform final product verification for compounded medications
- Provide drug information and clinical support to healthcare teams
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
- Ensure compliance with USP 797 and USP 800 standards
Work Setting
- Oncology / Infusion Pharmacy
- Advanced Urgent Care (on-site)
- Ambulatory Surgery Center (on-site)
Requirements
- Active Washington (WA) Pharmacist License
- Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy setting
- Oncology or infusion pharmacy experience
- Familiarity with Epic and Pyxis systems
- Knowledge of USP 797 and USP 800 guidelines
