Job Title: RN Care Manager
Location: Bronx, NY
Duration: 06/29/2026 – 10/03/2026
Shift: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM | 7.00 Hours/Day | 35.00 Hours/Week (On site)
Pay – $60/hr. – $65/hr.
Note:
- Five (5) years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review and discharge planning Computer literacy.
- Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accreditated Nursing Program.
- RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
- PRI and Screen certification within three months of employment.
- Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
- BLS.
Required Skills & Experience:
