Temporary Data Analyst – Annual Giving

The Annual Giving team is seeking a Temporary Data Analyst to support data-driven fundraising and marketing initiatives. This role works closely with the Senior Marketing Data Analyst to ensure high quality data management, insightful reporting, and effective audience segmentation that fuels donor acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management – Maintain, organize, and update the appeal tracking system. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms.
Database Query Development – Assist in building, refining, and optimizing queries to support reporting, analytics, and strategic decision making.
Marketing Segmentation – Develop and execute segmentation strategies that support donor acquisition, renewal, and upgrade campaigns.
Cross Channel Data Coordination – Ensure consistent deployment of constituent data across mail, email, Telefund, and social channels to support integrated marketing efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Advanced Microsoft Excel – Strong proficiency in formulas and pivot tables.
Attention to Detail – Ability to manage complex processes with accuracy and precision.
Analytical Mindset – Comfortable interpreting data, identifying patterns, and supporting data driven decisions.
