Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist: Travel
Location: Seattle, WA 98101
Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)
 
Pay Rate: $60/hr. on W2
 
Role Overview:

• Respiratory Therapist is either registered or certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care to provide Cardiopulmonary Services.
• Responsible for following protocols approved by the medical staff and department policy and procedures to provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatients and outpatients.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures.
• Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas.
• Maintain patient airways and perform ventilator management.
• Perform insertion of arterial lines and assist with intubations.
• Conduct pulmonary function studies.
• Perform cardiac and pulmonary stress tests.
• Analyze and manage blood gases.

 
Facility Requirements:

• Must have NBRC RRT or CRT certification (must be attached to submission packet).
• Must have WA Respiratory Therapist license (must be attached to resume).
• Must have ACLS & BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (must be attached to the submission).
