Job Title: Pharmacist (Inpatient)
Job Location: Seattle, WA – 98112
Job Duration: 4-5 Months (possibility of extension)
Schedule: 40 hrs. /week | Day Shift (07:00 AM – 03:30 PM)
Payrate: $77.00/ hr. on w2

Job Summary
The Pharmacist supports inpatient pharmacy operations by ensuring accurate medication verification, clinical support, and compliance with safety standards while collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform order verification using Epic
• Conduct final product verification checks
• Provide clinical drug information
• Supervise pharmacy technicians
• Participate in Code Blue/emergency response
• Support oncology infusion and outpatient dispensing

Requirements

• Active WA Pharmacist License
• Experience in inpatient pharmacy setting
• Knowledge of USP 797/800 standards
• Familiarity with Epic and/or Pyxis
