Job Title: Analyst of DTC Central, FP&A
Location: New York, NY – 10036(Onsite)
Duration: 6 months Contract (Possible extension)
Pay range: $44/hr. – $48/hr.
Summary:
The Financial Analyst will be an important member of the Client DTC Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This position you will drive clarity across operating expense (OPEX) management and strategic financial analysis and imp You will act as a key partner to HR and Global Brand teams, ensuring that personnel expenses are accurately forecasted and that our leaders have the data-driven insights needed to make informed, well-supported decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with the monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and budget planning for assigned G&A functions and personnel expenses.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain agile financial models that support workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Proactive Analysis: Identify trends, risks, and opportunities early. Move beyond “answering questions” to surfacing actionable insights that influence the annual planning process.
- Partner and collaborate with development and integration teams in the design and implementation of the new ERP system
- Participate in the data mapping and/or validation processes to ensure data accuracy within the new ERP system
- Assist with planning the migration of data from Oracle to new ERP system
- Assists others by furnishing information and helping with basic problem resolution
- Provide coverage for other team role responsibilities, as required
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree required with 1-3 years experience, or commensurate years of experience with 5-6 years experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or equivalent quantitative roles
- Strong communicator with the ability to moderate based on audience and demonstrate an ability to partner with a range of cross functional partners
- Experience in a highly analytical environment
- Strong work ethic and an acute attention to detail required
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Experience with Cognos TM1 and Oracle Financials a plus
