Job Title: Collector II
Location: Dallas, TX 75246 – Onsite
Duration: 4-5 Months
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8 AM – 5 PM CST)
 
Required:

• Collections from insurance companies.
• 2+ Years of experience required
• EPIC system experience
• Strong EOB knowledge
• Experience using payer portals (Client, Health Care Company, etc.)
• Background working for a hospital, healthcare provider, or health insurance organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience (Hospital and/or Physician billing).
• Healthcare collections experience.
• Familiarity with commercial and government payers -such as Client and Medicare.
• Fast learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
