Job Title: Marketing Analytics Manager (Technical / Data-Focused)
Position Summary
*** is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analytics Manager to lead the development of scalable marketing analytics capabilities across our MarTech ecosystem. This role combines strategic marketing analytics with hands-on technical expertise in data modeling, pipeline development, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will bridge marketing, data engineering, and business stakeholders to drive measurable growth through high-quality data, actionable insights, and optimized marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Analytics & Strategy
– Define, standardize, and govern marketing KPIs, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting across channels
– Analyze marketing performance to generate actionable insights on demand generation, channel optimization, and campaign effectiveness
– Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to improve lead management, funnel performance, and conversion outcomes
– Translate complex data into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Data Architecture & Engineering (Marketing-Focused)
– Design and maintain scalable marketing data models within Snowflake
– Build and optimize data pipelines integrating HubSpot, CRM, web analytics, and advertising platforms
– Lead data collection, integration, transformation, and validation across multiple marketing data sources
– Ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility for reporting and analytics use cases
– Troubleshoot data issues and implement monitoring processes to maintain reliable datasets
Reporting & Visualization
– Develop and manage scalable dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI
– Automate reporting processes for marketing performance and business KPIs
– Enable self-service analytics for stakeholders through well-structured datasets and dashboards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Partner with IT, data engineering, and data science teams on data architecture and long-term platform strategy
– Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to optimize system integrations and workflows
– Document analytics processes, data definitions, and SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability
Qualifications
– 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, data engineering, or related roles
– Strong experience with Snowflake (or similar cloud data platforms) and data modeling
– Hands-on experience building data pipelines and managing large-scale datasets
– Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and analysis
– Experience with marketing technologies (HubSpot, CRM systems, web analytics, ad platforms)
– Strong experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboard development
– Ability to connect technical solutions to marketing outcomes and business impact
