Shift: Days | 8-hour shifts (8×5)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/weekly

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager – Nursing to lead our Perioperative and Endoscopy departments. The ideal candidate is a dynamic Registered Nurse leader with strong clinical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff management, regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Perioperative and Endoscopy departments.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff while fostering a positive team environment.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across all procedural areas.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and departmental performance.
- Oversee departmental budgets, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, state, and hospital regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, directors, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and operational outcomes.
- Support quality improvement, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and educational programs.
- Utilize Epic EMR for clinical documentation and operational management.
Requirements
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in Perioperative Services and/or Endoscopy.
- Minimum 1 year of management, leadership, or supervisory experience.
- Recent experience managing Perioperative (OR/Pre-Op/PACU) and Endoscopy services.
- Recent Epic EMR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Joint Commission (TJC) standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
