Job Summary
Under nursing supervision, provides direct care and monitoring for hemodialysis patients. Supports dialysis treatment, monitors patient conditions, and works closely with the interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and care for hemodialysis patients
- Assist with dialysis treatment setup and machine disinfection
- Document patient care and observations
- Respond to emergencies and reinforce patient education
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Perform blood draws and basic dialysis-related procedures
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Support patient comfort and teamwork within the unit
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current Dialysis Clinical Technician Certification
- Minimum 2 years of Dialysis Tech experience
- Fresenius machine experience preferred
- Previous travel experience preferred
Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Basic computer/EMR knowledge
- Ability to lift, stand, and assist patients as needed

- Duration: 13 weeks (possible extension/conversion)
- Unit: 24-chair dialysis unit
- Patient Ratio: 1:4–6
- Equipment: Fresenius T2008 machines
