Job Title: Planner/Scheduler
Job Location: Mason, OH
Job Duration: 5-6 Months (possibility of extension)
Payrate: $30.60 – $32.11/ hr. on w2
Responsibilities:
- Consult with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system.
- Coordinate project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines.
- Identify potential project schedule delays and facilitate timely intervention.
- Evaluate performance and prepare project progress reports.
- Accommodate updates and changes to project schedules.
- Recommend actions to keep projects within budget and completed on time.
- Keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
- Document project scheduling processes and maintain records.
Technical Skills
Must Have:
- Critical Path Project Management.
- Project Manager.
- Team Collaboration.
Nice to Have:
- Communication and Coordination.
- Office 365, including strong Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to generate reports from consolidated reports.
