Title: Store Maintenance Specialist
Location: New York NY – Hybrid
Contract: 3-6 Months and Temp to perm
Work hours: 8:30 – 4:30

Job Description:
Review and analyze store maintenance tickets supporting the Maintenance COE in direction and prioritization.
Daily follow up on field escalations with COE partners
Support Sr. Mgr in data review and themes for opportunity in store maintenance records

Specific Skills Needed:
Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements
Excel skills
Data analysis
PPT skill and experience

Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications?
Maintenance experience preferred
Retail store experience preferred
