Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist II to join our team in Flint, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood specimens, preparing samples for laboratory testing, and providing excellent patient care while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Accurately label and process specimens according to established procedures.
• Verify patient information and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain specimen integrity and follow all safety and quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a comfortable patient experience.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Support multiple collection sites as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections required.
• Patient Service Center (PSC) experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
