Laboratory Assistant
Location: Irving, TX
Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Duration: 3+ Months

Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to support daily laboratory operations. Responsibilities include specimen processing, sample preparation, routine equipment maintenance, data recording, quality control activities, inventory and record management, workstation decontamination, and compliance with safety and PPE requirements. The role also involves using laboratory computer systems, handling biohazardous materials, resolving specimen issues, and supporting efficient workflow within the department.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical assistant training preferred
• Basic math and science knowledge preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and retain information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional communication and teamwork abilities
• No prior experience required
