Description:
Responsible for executing purchasing processes for goods and / or services on behalf of internal *** clients.
Specific tasks include the following:
Purchasing non-complex, materials and services.
Purchasing off existing master agreements.
Providing reports in support of internal auditing, Sarbanes Oxley testing and internal self-assessments.
Maintaining and analyzing contract management software files.
Completing new vendor request forms.
Supporting administration of all procurement managed programs.
Following and supporting all *** processes around proper buying and documentation.
Assisting clients & suppliers in resolving invoice issues.

Must have good organizational and work prioritization skills with the ability to work independently.
Comfort and demonstrated proficiency working with computers.

Requirements:
High School diploma required; Bachelor s Degree preferred
Procurement experience valuable
Supply chain experience
Microsoft Proficiency required
High level written and verbal skills required
Excel spreadsheets
Interpersonal skills and organizational skills
Verbal and Written Communication Skills and reading for comprehension
Experience Levels:
Intermediate: Typically has up to approximately 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires some managerial oversight/direction.
