Job Title:  Picking and Receiving Specialist
Job Location:  West Lebanon, NH
Job Duration: 12 Months Contract 
 
Purpose
Under the direction of the Materials Supervisor and Senior Warehouse team members, perform warehouse operations for the General Warehouse and Cold Storage areas while contributing to a high-performance team environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
  • Receive materials and components, enter them into the ERP system, and store them in the correct locations.
  • Pick and issue materials for internal customer requests and process transactions in the ERP system.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Manage and replenish general supplies in multiple storage areas.
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
  • Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain required training and certifications.
  • Apply company values and workplace standards in daily activities and interactions.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, and walk.
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, grasp, and handle materials.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
  • Frequent use of hands, wrists, and fingers.
  • Lift up to 33 lbs (15 kg) occasionally, up to 30 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs continuously.
  • Visual ability for reading, writing, analyzing information, operating equipment, and inspecting work.
  • Ability to distinguish colors.
  • Corrected vision of 20/30 or better.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and narrow warehouse aisles.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

  • Level I: 1–3 years of related warehouse experience.
  • Level II: 3–5 years of related warehouse experience.

Skills

  • Ability to read, write, and understand workplace documentation.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of the metric system.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn and use inventory management systems, including SAP.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a GMP-regulated environment.
