Job Title: Phlebotomist I
Job Location: Alhambra, CA
Job Duration: 3 months (possible extension)  
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am to 4:00pm Saturday 8am – 12pm

Pay rate: $22 – $27.20/hr. on W2

Position Summary

The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the primary point of contact for patients and plays a key role in delivering a positive patient experience. This position is responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens, preparing samples for laboratory testing, and ensuring accurate patient information and documentation. The PSR I demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service while performing specimen collection procedures safely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities accurately and within established timelines under the direction of the Area Supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.
• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and ensure proper handling and documentation.
• Maintain required records and patient information with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Promote a positive image of the organization to patients, clients, employees, and the public.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and a commitment to process excellence.
