Job Title: Packaging Technician
Job Location: Indianapolis, IN 46221
Job Duration: 12 Months W2 Contract (Possibility of extension)
Shift: The Hours for this position are 2:45PM – 1:30AM Monday – Thursday. Overtime is expected frequently on Friday's from 2:00PM – 8:00PM
Position Summary
- Package, label, and assemble pharmaceutical clinical trial products.
- Perform manual and automated packaging operations while following GMP and safety procedures.
- Ensure accurate counting, labeling, and packaging of products.
Responsibilities
- Package and label pharmaceutical products and clinical trial supplies.
- Perform manual and automated filling and packaging activities.
- Count and verify materials before and after each job order.
- Follow SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and documentation standards.
- Complete required training and operate equipment safely.
- Work in a clean and regulated manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Food production or packaging experience.
- Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
- GMP environment experience.
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods.
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Wear PPE and protective gowns.
- Good near vision and color vision.
