Job Summary

Provides leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education for patients and their families. Communicates relevant patient and family information effectively with the healthcare team. Identifies variances from patient goals, participates in developing solutions, and ensures appropriate implementation of corrective actions.

• Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to develop and implement effective nursing care plans within the assigned unit or department.
• Ability to perform a broad range of professional nursing services.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
