Job Title: Content Development Professional
Location : Work From Home (Prefer EST or CST candidates)

Job Description:
- The content designer contractor will collaborate with cross-functional partners across business, research, design, technology, marketing, legal, and compliance to deliver the right information, effectively and at the right times, to consumers, members, providers, employers, and agents.
- Define, create, and manage content, including navigation, prompts, and error messages, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Develop content strategies and contribute to information architecture, content types, and voice and tone to align with audience and business objectives, research insights, brand standards, legal/compliance requirements, accessibility best practices, and digital standards.
- Partner with UX experts on content organization, navigation, site maps, and information architecture.
- Strive for simplicity by distilling complex concepts into clear, concise, and contextual content and taxonomies.
- Regularly audit and inventory content to identify gaps in quality, compliance, standards, and branding.
- Continuously refine content based on user feedback, analytics, and testing, while adhering to accessibility, compliance, and brand standards.
- Maintain Client’s digital content guidelines, standards, tools, and processes.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Communications, English, Journalism, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content design, content strategy, and UX writing.
- Comfortable with sharing work and gathering and implementing constructive feedback.
- Proven ability to design accessible, scalable, and user-centered content that ensures clarity, engagement, and seamless interaction.
- Meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholder teams, including subject matter experts, content reviewers, editors, and legal/compliance professionals.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required with your application and resume.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working within a regulatory environment with legal and compliance oversight.
- Familiarity with collaboration and agile technologies, such as Jira.
