Title: Phlebotomist
Location: Royal Palm Beach
Duration: 3 Months
Shift Timing: Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Summary:
The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting blood specimens, preparing samples for lab testing, and ensuring accurate patient information and documentation. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, professionalism, and excellent patient interaction in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws and specimen collection following standard procedures
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and comfort
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience
• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required
• Pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy experience preferred
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred
• Strong data entry and customer service skills
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (not required in Florida)
• Ability to work independently and flexible with staffing needs
