Shift: Mon -Thu: 8:00am – 5:00pm; Fri: 8:00 – 1:00pm
 
Job Description:

• The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the primary point of contact for patients, helping create a welcoming and professional environment.
• This role is responsible for collecting quality blood specimens, preparing samples for laboratory testing, and ensuring accurate patient information while following established procedures and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily activities accurately and within established timelines under the direction of the area supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens following established procedures.
• Draw blood specimens safely and accurately from pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients.
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and maintain required documentation and records.
• Promote a positive image with patients, clients, employees, and the public.
• Demonstrate professionalism, organizational commitment, and strong customer service skills.
