Job Title: Service Solutions Representative
Job Duration: 3 months (possible extension)
Job Location: Clifton, NJ 07012
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Pay rate: $18.39/hr.
Job Description
- Responsible for problem solving, investigating, and resolving service-related issues using internal systems.
- Performs data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Works with internal systems to establish and process new accounts.
- Communicates with various internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of requests.
- Handles client information in a confidential manner, ensuring compliance with privacy standards.
- Maintains accurate records and documentation related to account processing.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Supports process efficiency and maintains a professional and positive work approach.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative/support roles preferred.
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential client information appropriately.
