Job Title: Phlebotomist II
Job Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Duration: 3 months (possible extension)  
Shift: M-F 8:00am to 4:30 pm

Pay rate: $21.70 – $23.25/hr. on W2

Position Summary
The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the primary point of contact for patients and is responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens for laboratory testing. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and adherence to safety, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collection techniques.
• Prepare and process specimens according to established procedures.
• Verify patient identity and demographic information before collection.
• Ensure specimen labels are accurate and confirmed by the patient after collection.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Follow all safety, quality, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Create a professional, welcoming environment for patients.
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing.
• Work independently while meeting daily productivity and accuracy standards.
• Support multiple patient service locations as needed.
