Position Summary

As a Material Handler I, you will support warehouse and production operations by ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of materials and products. This role is essential to maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting manufacturing schedules, and delivering quality products to customers safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials aProductst purchase orders and shipping documents
Accurately store materials in designated warehouse locations
Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production or shipping areas
Perform inventory transactions using ERP or warehouse management systems
Conduct cycle counts and support inventory control activities
Package and prepare outbound shipments according to company procedures
Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts following safety guidelines
Maintain compliance with GMP, ISO, FDA, and company quality standards as applicable
Follow all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) procedures and wear required PPE
Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work environment
Communicate inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or process issues to leadership
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
0β2 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
Ability to accurately follow written procedures and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP or other ERP/WMS systems
Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
Understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
Ability to work in warehouse or manufacturing environments with varying temperatures
Overtime or shift flexibility may be required based on business needs
