Title- EEO Investigator

Duration – 06/22/2026 – 08/15/2026
Shift – 9:00 AM-5:30 PM | 7.5 hours/day |37.5 hours/Day
Pay – $60/hr – $65/hr.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Through the supervised efforts of the Office of Legal Affairs, the responsibilities of the EEO Investigator include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Investigate internal complaints of discrimination, including claims of sexual harassment, while maintaining the System s compliance with all federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws to ensure equal opportunity within the terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
- Provide an internal avenue of redress through the investigation and resolution of complaints of unlawful employment discrimination and harassment.
- Assist with other assignments and special projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Substantial experience in conducting investigations
- Strong writing skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws
- Must be able to report to various healthcare facilities throughout New York City to provide Cliented, timely, and productive support for the Office of EEO as necessary

Educational Level
- Bachelor s Degree required
- JD preferred
