Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Shelton CT – Hybrid 3 Days in office per week
Contract: 6 Months and Possibility of conversion in to FTE
Shift: 1st – 8 hour day shift, M-F
Education & Experience:
BS/BA in Marketing required
Broad knowledge of marketing, consumer products, and competitive analysis
Healthcare industry experience a plus!
Event planning and/or educational program & conference coordination experience a plus
Ability to plan, organize, and implement marketing strategies
Familiarity with budgeting, project forecasting and analysis.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Skill in gathering and analyzing data to produce actionable information
Ability to analyze business trends and financial metrics, including KPIs & ROI
Ability to work in cross-functional teams, both in leading projects and member roles
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time

The US Healthcare Associate Marketing Manager will work closely with the Associate Director to help develop and implement the strategic marketing plan for HCP Marketing for US Healthcare. As Associate Marketing Manager, you ll help drive the success of our US Healthcare and HCP strategies through strategic, data-driven healthcare professional programs that connect with today s healthcare professionals. This role will partner with consumer brand team to ensure consistent communication and identify/leverage synergies You will work within a supportive team while maintaining a sense of autonomy to build and bring Product HCP marketing strategies to life that will drive Culturelle, AZO, and Estroven’s competitive position with healthcare professionals and associations and grow recommendations, advocacy, and downstream retail revenue through patient purchase in the market.
Hybrid Working model, spending 3 days (Tuesday-Thursday) in the Shelton office and the balance of the work week in a home office.
