Schedule Notes: Full-time equivalent schedule; system-wide learning and development initiatives; PeopleSoft ELM environment
Work Setting: Hybrid / Non-Clinical – Workforce Development
Pay Range: $60-$64/hr.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in eLearning development, instructional design, or related field.
• Working knowledge of:
  • Articulate Storyline
  • Articulate Studio
  • Adobe Captivate
  • Photoshop
  • Camtasia
• Experience developing interactive online learning solutions.
• Experience creating microlearning content and training videos.
• Experience testing and deploying eLearning modules.
• Experience working with PeopleSoft ELM or Learning Management Systems.
• Video production and graphic design experience.

Job Summary:
Design, develop, and implement system-wide e-learning and instructional design solutions in support of Client's learning and development strategies while maintaining regulatory compliance through the creation and delivery of system-wide mandated training modules.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide e-learning focused instructional design throughout the conception, design, development, implementation, and quality assurance phases of online learning solutions.
• Develop and implement interactive learning solutions using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, and Audacity.
• Participate in the development of instructional support tools and resources to support emerging learning technologies and initiatives.
• Develop and design microlearning content and instructional videos.
• Create visually engaging training materials including flyers, manuals, cover pages, graphics, brochures, and training catalogs.
• Format, test, and upload modules to the PeopleSoft ELM test environment.
• Test modules using supported browsers including Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
• Identify and correct design issues discovered during testing.
• Support implementation and quality assurance of system-wide online learning programs.
