Job Summary – Entry Phlebotomist I / Lobby Experience Coordinator
Location: Greenville, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (32.5 hours/week)
Duration: 5+ Month Contract
 
Job Description :

• This role is primarily a Lobby Experience Coordinator (LEC) position focused on providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for patients.
• The candidate will greet patients, assist with kiosk check-ins, answer questions, help maintain the waiting area, and occasionally perform phlebotomy duties to cover breaks or staffing shortages.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients upon arrival.
• Help patients complete check-in using kiosks or tablets.
• Provide compassionate customer service and address patient concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lobby environment.
• Cover phlebotomy duties during breaks and staffing shortages.
• Perform specimen collection and processing according to established procedures.
• Accurately maintain records and documentation.
• Assist with facility cleaning and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

 
Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (required, no exceptions).
• Some phlebotomy experience required (including internship or externship experience).
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, healthcare, home health aide, etc.).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer, keyboarding, and data entry experience.
• Ability to work with patients professionally and compassionately.
