Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Nashville, TN 37214
Duration: Up to 2 years
Shift/Schedule: Days, Full-Time, 6:30 AM – 7:30 PM, 12.5-hour shifts,

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and perform procedures according to physician orders and nursing protocols.
• Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
• Perform patient assessments and provide basic patient care.
• Apply dressings and perform blood glucose checks.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications and care plans.
• Respond to emergencies, including BLS and CPR.
• Participate in emergency response situations.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and nursing standards.
• Work independently while delivering safe and effective patient care.

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee RN license or Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience OR Bachelor’s, Graduate, or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• CPR certification and emergency response skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic patient care experience.
• Medication administration experience.
• Blood glucose monitoring experience.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of HIPAA.
• Valid driver’s license (required for onboarding).
