Position: Admin I Customer Service
Type: Temp to hire
Location: Remote
Please note: This is a CSR role, and the worker will be on the phone
Training Schedule: Training will be Monday – Friday 8:30am or 9am
Hours of Operations: Tuesday – Saturday, 9am-5:30pm EST; Days off Sunday and Monday. Normally the team rotates weekends but since this person will be working Saturday, they would not be required to work the Sunday rotation.
They still would need to sign up for rotating holiday coverage.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with maintaining and reviewing case files, filing electronically, and making inbound and outbound calls with customers.
Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Escalate non-routine customer issues to tier 2 Admins.
Working in a team environment, communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary.
Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience.
