Pay Range: $60 to $70/Hour on W2
Hybrid – 3 days onsite at Arbor Lakes, Maple Grove site
Job Description:
This role will perform general accounting activities such as monthly financial close duties, account analysis, and reporting. Key areas of focus will be revenue recognition with appreciation for the Company s period-end close requirements.
Maintain revenue recognition & leasing workbooks of high complexity
Perform account analysis and book journal entries as needed
Perform account reconciliations
Analyze monthly P&L/Balance Sheet performance
Perform SOX controls and meet management testing requirements
Drive other critical accounting processes as needed
Candidate must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced accounting environment
Required Skills/Experience:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Familiarity with ASC 606 / ASC 842 required
SAP experience preferred
Candidate should possess strong organizational and critical thinking skills, allowing them to work independently
Qualifications
5 years of public company accounting experience
Bachelor’s Degree – focus in accounting and/or Finance
Active CPA preferred but not required
