Job Summary

Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise, document, and educate patients and their families. Collaborates effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and participates in identifying and implementing solutions to achieve patient care goals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU, Stepdown, or Telemetry RN experience
• Experience managing medication drips
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA)

• Ability to develop and implement effective nursing care plans
• Experience providing comprehensive professional nursing care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment

• Auto Offers Approved
• Overtime: Paid after 48 hours worked per week
