Job Title: Process Development Technician – II
Job Location: Andover, MA
Duration: 12+ months
Shift: Attend a 9:00 PM shift huddle to receive nightly assignments. (3 rd Shift)
Pay Rate: $27.18/hr on w2
Key Responsibilities
The selected contractor will:
• Perform sanitization and cleaning activities within laboratory/manufacturing areas.
• Sanitize:
o Floors
o Countertops
o Drains
o Walls (monthly cleanings)
o Safety showers
• Use cleaning equipment such as walk-behind scrubbers and Matador scrubbers (training provided).
• Complete required GMP and site-specific training.
Training & Onboarding
• Extensive onboarding and training will be provided.
• Employees are paired with a trainer until they can independently perform all assigned tasks.
• Typical training period may last several months.
• No prior GMP experience is required.
Candidate Profile
Must-Haves
• Ability to reliably work overnight (3rd shift).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform light physical work, including lifting/moving 20–30 lb buckets.
Experience Requirements
• Truly entry-level.
• Preferred experience range: 1–2 years or more.
• Prior sanitization, pharmaceutical, GMP, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong willingness to learn is more important than specific technical experience.
Equipment & Physical Requirements
• Use of 4- to 6-gallon buckets weighing approximately 20–30 pounds.
• Frequent standing and movement throughout the shift.
• No machinery disassembly or maintenance responsibilities.
