Job Title: RN – LDRP
Location: Brockton, MA
Duration: 3 months Contract
Schedule: 7a-7p
Hourly rate: $76/hour on W2 (Negotiable)
Position Summary:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients from newborn through geriatric populations.
- Deliver patient care in accordance with Department of Nursing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments appropriate to age and specialty.
- Analyze assessment findings to establish nursing diagnoses.
- Develop individualized patient care plans.
- Implement nursing interventions to achieve expected patient outcomes.
- Evaluate and document patient progress in the medical record.
- Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients.
- Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately.
- Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to physicians.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and care plans.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families, including end-of-life care.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and quality of nursing care.
- Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and healthcare regulations.
- Participate in continuing education and competency development.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
- Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
