Job Title: RN – LDRP
Location: Brockton, MA
Duration: 3 months Contract
Schedule: 7a-7p
Hourly rate: $76/hour on W2 (Negotiable)
Position Summary:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients from newborn through geriatric populations.
• Deliver patient care in accordance with Department of Nursing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments appropriate to age and specialty.
• Analyze assessment findings to establish nursing diagnoses.
• Develop individualized patient care plans.
• Implement nursing interventions to achieve expected patient outcomes.
• Evaluate and document patient progress in the medical record.
• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients.
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately.
• Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to physicians.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and care plans.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families, including end-of-life care.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and quality of nursing care.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and healthcare regulations.
• Participate in continuing education and competency development.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
