Job Title: RN – Med/Tele
Location: Brockton, MA
Duration: 3 months Contract
Schedule: 7p-7a (48 hours per week)
Hourly rate: $51/hr – $61/hr on W2 (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients from newborn to geriatric populations.
• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely.
• Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to physicians.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout treatment.
• Document patient care accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, hospital policies, and Massachusetts Nurse Practice Act.
• Promote patient safety, quality care, and ethical nursing practice.
• Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Telemetry experience with rhythm interpretation required.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced patient care environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Meditech EMR.
