Job Summary

• The Mechatronics Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting integrated electromechanical systems.
• This role requires a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles.
• The position will involve travel between our Boston and Hopkinton sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test mechatronic systems and components.
• Develop control systems and algorithms for automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing mechatronic systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Document designs, processes, and test results.
• Travel between Boston and Hopkinton sites as needed.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechatronics Engineer.
• Proficiency in CAD software, PLC programming, and control system design.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related engineering field.
