Job Title: RN – Employee Health
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 3 months Contract
Schedule: Varied – 6:00-2:30; 7-3:30,8-4:30, 830-5:00 Monday – Friday. Weekends could be required, must be flexible.
Hourly rate: $52/hour on W2 (Negotiable)
Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess, monitor, and manage stepdown/cardiac patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans.
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC.
• Ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform patient rounding and support positive patient experience.
• Assist with charge nurse duties when assigned.
• Support quality improvement and professional development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• BSN – Required
• Active NYS RN License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Experience in vaccine administration, EMR experience, excellent customer service skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal manager oversite.
• EPIC experience Required
