Shift: Day Shift | 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedule: 4×10 | 40 Hours/Week | No On-Call
Pay Range: $60-$65/hr.
Additional Information
- Combined Procedural Unit (CPU).
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Hybrid nurses must be able to work in the ICU, Pre-Op, and PACU areas.
- PACU or ICU trained.
Required Experience
Required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Critical Care, Pre-Op, and Recovery/PACU experience.
- Strong Telemetry background.
- Telemetry certified.
Preferred
- 3+ years of PACU experience.
Education
Required
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN).
Preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Required Certifications & Licensure
- New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Compact License.
- AHA BLS.
- AHA ACLS.
- PALS.
- Telemetry Certification.

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on the patient’s needs. Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Develops, implements, and coordinates individualized plans of care for patients assigned through initial and ongoing assessments. Initiates assessment based on the patient’s problems or needs, the physician’s medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework. Performs therapeutic nursing interventions. Manages care of patients. Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities. Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery. Provides patient centric care in alignment with the professional nursing practice model.
