Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Fall River, MA
Duration: 2 Months
Pay Rate: $17–$21/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–4:00 PM (Eastern Time)

Job Summary:
Collect blood specimens, process samples for laboratory testing, and provide excellent patient service while following safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws (including pediatric and geriatric patients).
• Process and prepare specimens for testing.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow clinical and safety procedures.
• Deliver professional, patient-focused customer service.
• Work independently under supervisor guidance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred).
• Strong phlebotomy and specimen collection skills.
• Data entry and basic computer skills.
• Medical Assistant, Paramedic training, or Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for staffing needs if required.
