Job Title: Associate Project Manager
Location: Carlsbad, CA 92008 (Onsite)
Duration: 6months W2 contract with high possibility of extension based on performance and depending on business needs
Shift Timing: M-F 8am -5pm flexible throughout the week (able to also do 7am-4pm as needed)
Pay Range: $34 to $36/Hour on W2
Minimum Qualifications:
B.S. or B.A. in Business, Biology/Chemistry or other life sciences program.
2 Years of Experience as a PM required
Must be able to work in a professional office environment with HIGH communication skills.
Will be supporting multiple people, a lot of common sense and logic is needed.
Successful candidate will have strong skills in the following areas:
written and verbal communications,
interpersonal cross functional team-based interaction,
organizational and detail orientation,
analytical, planning, and problem solving.
Should also be intellectually curious and results oriented.
Job Responsibilities may include creating process maps, updating SOPs, creating project plans or tracking systems, analyzing data and making recommendations, SKU set up and process improvement related project work.
Candidates must have a working knowledge MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and various database systems, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of biological technologies; cell biology, gene editing, genetic engineering, stem cell biology are a plus.
An ability to focus and not easily distracted is required as well as being comfortable with change and shifting priorities.
Goo communication and ability to change priorities are key and need to be VERY strong in English
