Job Title: RN – ICU
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Duration: 3 months contract (possibility of extension)
Shift Time: Day & Night Shift | 3 x 12 | Every other weekend & holidays required
Local Pay Rate: $70.00/hr on W2
We do provide Stipend above 50 Miles radius.
Responsibilities Include:

• Provide direct, comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult, neonatal, or pediatric patients based on unit assignment.
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies.
• Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Adhere to infection control standards, patient safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Certificate :

• Minimum 1 years of recent ICU (Intensive Care Unit) RN experience
• Active RN California state license
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
