Job Title: RN – ICU
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 03 months Contract
Schedule: 7:00PM-7:30AM EOW/4th shift per month
Hourly rate: $60/hour on W2 (Negotiable)
• Education: BSN, RN
• License: Active New York State RN License
• Experience: Minimum 2 years RN/critical care experience
• Specialty: At least 2 years Neuro ICU / Neurosurgery / Stroke experience
• Required Neuro ICU Skills:
EVD management
Lumbar drains
IRRAflow EVD
RAUMEDIC
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• EMR: EPIC experience
• Unit: 8-bed Neuro ICU
• Average Census: 8
• Staffing Ratio: 1:2
• Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts
• Shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Weekends: Every other weekend
• Additional: 4th shift required per month / variable shifts
• Core Responsibilities: Patient assessment, critical care management, medication/treatment delivery, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient/family education, safety, quality improvement, documentation, and patient throughput
• Leadership: Charge nurse duties may be assigned
• Documentation: Accurate documentation in compliance with hospital, regulatory, and legal standards
