Job Summary
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education for patients and their families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team. Participates in identifying solutions to variances from patient goals and ensures the implementation of appropriate interventions.

Required Skills & Experience
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the assigned unit/department.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
Schedule Notes
- Cardiac/heart experience is not required.
- Must have Level II or higher trauma experience OR 2 years of circulating experience.
- Robotics experience is required, along with experience in Trauma and Neuro.
- Shift: 7:00 AMβ7:30 PM.
- Call: One call shift per week, from 9:00 PMβ7:00 AM.
- Weekend call: Every sixth weekend, either Saturday/Sunday, 7:00 AMβ7:00 PM or 7:00 PMβ7:00 AM
