Job Title: RN – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Job Duration: 13 Weeks | Possibility of Extension
Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM | 3 × 12 Hours
Pay: Local $75/hr on W2

Job Summary:

The ICU RN provides comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced critical care environment. The nurse is responsible for patient assessment, care planning, treatment, continuous monitoring, and collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient health status and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer treatments and medications according to established standards.
• Develop and monitor individualized patient care plans.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and infection-control standards.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of recent ICU RN experience.
• Active California RN License
• BLS, ACLS & NIHHS
