RN – Emergency Department (ED)

Location: Golden, CO 80401
Duration: 13+ Weeks | Possibility of Extension
Shift: 3×12-Hour Nights | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM – weekends: Yes
Pay: $55/hr on W2

Job Summary:

The RN – ED provides safe and comprehensive emergency nursing care, including patient assessment, treatment, monitoring, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes requiring immediate intervention.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
• Provide emergency and supportive nursing care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1+ year of RN experience
Active RN License – Single State or Compact
BLS & ACLS (AHA)
PALS/ENPC
TNCC
NIHSS
