Echo Technician

Job Location: Mishawaka, IN

Duration: 7-1630 / days / M-F

Shift Schedule: On call – 1-2 nights/week

Responsibilities:

• Perform echocardiograms to assess cardiac function and diagnose heart conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to provide accurate diagnostic information.
• Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment with proficiency and care.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Document and report findings to the appropriate medical staff.

Required Skills:

• Certification in cardiac sonography (ARDMS cardiac/CCI cardiac sonography).
• Strong understanding of echocardiographic techniques and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
