Job Title: Phlebotomist
Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: San Francisco, CA
Shift Time: Monday to Friday – 8AM to 5 PM 40hr / week
Pay Range: $ 30/hr – $32/hr
Unit Description:
Discipline: Flu Shooter/Phleb

Experience / additional details:
Any unique skills needed: Phlebotomy & Med injections. EKG experience preferred, but not required.

Roles and responsibilities:
Primarily Flu shots. Will support the lab with other med injections, procedures and labs in between appointments.

Any certifications or qualifications needed:
MA needed, CPT preferred, but not required.
Must have administered at least 10 vaccines within the past year

MA Requirements:
Must be a Certified CMA or a MA with proof of completion
